It includes programs and booklets; budgets; festival schedules; committee minutes; invoices and receipts; advertising flyers; and correspondence with craftspeople in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and the Chesterfield Township government.

Mr. Knowles made photocopies from microfilm or paper clippings of articles in the Allentown Messenger newspaper. All but one of these date from 1903-5, when Albert Robinson, principal and "professor" at Allentown's Borough or High School, published a six-part series, "Voices from ye Olden Time."
